  • £1,495 – Bespoke Website (no strict page limit)

  • £1,595 – E-Commerce Website (no product limit)

I don’t impose strict restrictions on the projects I take on — I enjoy challenging work and never charge extra for complex requirements.

THE CREATION PROCESS

1. Initial Consultation

We start with a relaxed, in-depth conversation to understand your business, goals, and style.
I’ll listen closely to your ideas, answer your questions, and offer suggestions based on my expertise.


By the end of this step, we’ll have a clear vision for your website — one that’s tailored to your audience, stands out from competitors, and is designed to convert visitors into customers.

2. Research & Analysis

I’ll carry out detailed market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to ensure your website is perfectly tailored to your needs.
Following our initial meeting — and once you’ve completed the brief questionnaire — I’ll create responsive design drafts that reflect your brand identity, incorporate your ideas, and suit your vision. 

These drafts will be presented within our agreed timeframe so we can refine and perfect the design together before moving into full development.

3. Development & Creation

I’ll bring your vision to life, building it carefully according to your approved draft. I’ll collaborate closely with you throughout the process, making adjustments and refinements as needed. 

I aim for you to be delighted with your site straight away, but if not, I’ll continue making any required changes until the draft meets your approval — a 100% satisfaction guarantee before launch. Most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on requirements.

4. Launch & Support

Your new website is now ready to go live! I’ll manage this process smoothly, whether it’s a new website or an existing one. 

For new sites, I’ll assist with choosing and securing your domain, setting up email accounts, and configuring your mail clients (Outlook, Mac Mail, etc.). For existing sites, I ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to your services.

I’ll also provide an Internet marketing strategy and register your website with all major search engines. Keeping your website current is vital for user satisfaction and improved search rankings. 

Unlike many other designers, I encourage regular updates and will implement changes to your website content within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) whenever possible. Larger or more complex changes may take longer but will always be completed within a reasonable and agreed timeframe.

All clients receive 6 months of free post-launch support. A website is never truly “finished,” and I’m always available to answer questions, help with SEO, or support further improvements. Your satisfaction and the success of your website are my top priorities.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due on completion before your website goes live. This secures your project in my schedule.

  • Ownership: Once the final payment is made, you own your website outright — including the domain, design, and content. No ongoing ties or restrictions.

  • Transparency: Clear, fixed pricing with no hidden fees or surprise costs.

  • Payments: Payments are made via bank transfer, with a professional invoice/receipt provided for your records.

  • Free Support: Every project includes 6 months of free post-launch support to ensure your site continues to perform as it should.
